Welcome to FunList, operated by FunList.com LLC (”FunList”). The FunList Refund Policy may be found below.

PLEASE NOTE THIS FORM DISCLOSES THE REFUND POLICY OF FunList.com LLC. This statement applies to you: (1) while using any World Wide Web Sites owned and maintained by FunList.com LLC; (2) while participating in events and trips produced or sponsored by FunList; and/or (3) for your purchase and/or use of any products and services offered by FunList and its commonly held affiliates.

Your use of the FunList Website and/or aforementioned events, trips, products and services constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions of the Terms of Use, Travel Terms, Release of Liability Waiver, Refund Policy, and our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with all of these terms.

Refund Policy

Event Refunds:

FunList is committed to bringing you exciting and interesting events and activities. Our vendors, outfitters, and catering establishments require nonrefundable deposits and prepayments to hold open dates and spaces, and guarantees of attendance.

Ticket reservations purchased for events are “final sale” and nonrefundable. If you are unable to attend the event for which you purchased a ticket, we cannot give credit towards another event. Should it become necessary for FunList to cancel an event, ticket costs will be refunded to registered participants.

Exceptions to this policy cannot be made for any reason, including weather, traffic, illness, lack of event directions/pertinent info, missed carpool connections, or personal emergencies. There is no ticket refund for arriving late or leaving an event early.

RESCHEDULED EVENTS: On rare occasions it is necessary for FunList to reschedule an event. Deadline for requests for ticket refunds for rescheduled events must be made within 7 days after notice of the rescheduled event. We do not give credit towards another event. EMAIL RESCHEDULE REFUND REQUESTS TO reservations@funlist.com.

NOTE: Refunds are not given in cases where registrants do not take responsibility to check their email messages or notify us in advance of events if they can’t arrive at an adjusted location.

Travel and Trip Cancelations and Refunds:
Cancellations are very costly and usually do not occur in time for resale of the canceled tour. Should you cancel your reservation, the following fees will be charged. If you have purchased Cancellation/Interruption Insurance, these cancellation fees may be refunded by the insurance company after your claim has been approved.

Airline tickets are subject to the refund or revision policies of the air carrier. FunList cannot assume responsibility for any additional costs/fees relating to the issuance and/or cancellation of air tickets or other travel arrangements not made through FunList.

FunList or their representative reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a tour with fewer than 12 travelers. FunList Cancellation: FULL refund of all payment(s) should FunList cancel a trip.

Cancellation of Tours:

Cancelation, Prior to Departure & Fee for Cancellation:
130 days or more, before departure – 100% of Trip Cost Refunded
75-129 days before departure – 65% of Trip Cost Refunded
41-74 days before departure – 50% of Trip Cost Refunded
0-40 days before departure – No Refund
Day of departure – No Refund
Airline tickets are non-refundable

Cancellation Insurance: cancellation insurance is available and a detailed brochure will be sent to all participants who request this information. Please send requests to info@funlist.com.

Passport: a valid US passport is required to travel to most countries outside of the USA, including Canada. It must be valid at the time of departure and return from/to the USA. Please note that if you need a new passport or need to renew one, processing time can take up to 4-6 weeks. If you are not a US citizen a visa may be required. Please email info@funlist.com for specific information regarding visas.

FunList reserves the right to increase published trip, cruise rates and air fare supplements without prior notice when necessary because of vendor increases.

FunList reserves the right to modify or cancel travel trips due to vendor, outfitter, or supplier changes/cancellations, or weather conditions out of our control.

While it is typical that adventure trips, historic and cultural tours, and cruises solicit registrations from both men and women, due to the complexity of the planning, administration, and nature of trip participant cancellations of these trips and cruises, FunList cannot gender balance, and gender ratios may change at any time prior to the trip departure.


Travel Insurance: travel insurance is available. We recommend using Travel Guard to purchase travel insurance.

By using FunList Websites, participating in FunList events and trips, and/or purchasing FunList products and services, you assent to the FunList Refund Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this Website, participate in FunList events and trips, and/or buy FunList products and services.
